- Your phone number, which is shared with us when you tap an “Order Now” button and start a conversation with us on WhatsApp.
- The content of your chats with us on WhatsApp — such as your order, delivery address, and any messages you send us — which you provide voluntarily on the WhatsApp platform.

How we use this information
We use your phone number and WhatsApp conversation only to confirm and deliver your order, communicate with you about that order, and provide customer support if you need it.
Requesting deletion
You can ask us to delete your phone number and chat history at any time. Just send us a message on WhatsApp requesting deletion, and we will remove your information from our records.
Ordering conversations take place on WhatsApp, a messaging service operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited / Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp’s own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which we encourage you to review.
Website hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. As is standard for websites hosted on Cloudflare’s network, Cloudflare may automatically collect certain technical details about how you interact with our website — such as your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, and the pages you visit — for purposes like security, performance, and keeping the service running reliably. This information is collected and processed by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy, and we do not link it to your phone number or WhatsApp conversations.

Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
